Non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, or up to 60 days for 80% of the item price or an exchange with no deduction (moss agate and moissanite: 14 days only); engraved and photo pieces are made for one person and are exchanged only if they arrive faulty or not as ordered, in which case we remake or refund at our cost.

Many pieces use 925 sterling silver; others use stainless steel, copper alloy or leather, named on each product page. Where a design is shown in gold or rose gold, that is a plated finish over the silver base and is described as such on the product page. Stones are natural moss agate, lab-created gemstones or moissanite, named individually on each listing.
