Select your preferred delivery method at checkout. All parcels are fully tracked and shipped via trusted couriers. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Processing Time

• Non-personalised pieces (including moss agate and moissanite): dispatched within 2–3 business days
• Personalised pieces (engraving, photo, names or birthstones): 1–2 business days of order processing, then 3–5 business days of production — up to 4–7 business days before dispatch in the longest case. Many of our best sellers are made and dispatched within 1–2 business days; we state the longest case so you can plan with confidence.

Door to door, that is about 9–15 business days for non-personalised pieces and up to 19 business days for personalised pieces in the longest case.

We hand-finish every item with care. If your order contains multiple pieces, they will be shipped together once the final piece is ready.

60-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece of IfShe jewellery. If an item isn't quite what you expected, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. Please see the options below to find out which applies to you.

Every gemstone, crystal and agate we use is one of nature's originals, so no two pieces are exactly alike, and small natural variations are not a defect. Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can be returned or exchanged only in the situations in section 1 (see sections 2 and 5).

1. Full-coverage returns and exchanges (we cover all costs)

Within 60 days of delivery, we will gladly replace the item or refund the full purchase price if:

• You received the wrong product or SKU.
• The item arrived damaged, misshapen or defective.
• The item delivered differs from what you ordered (style, colour, engraving, etc.).

This covers both personalised and non-personalised jewellery. We charge no postage, restocking or hidden fees. Replacements are sent by standard delivery.

2. Standard returns, exchanges and cancellations

Your 14-day right to cancel

For jewellery that is not personalised — including moss agate and moissanite pieces — you can cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after delivery, and you then have a further 14 days to send the item back. You may also cancel before delivery. We refund the item price and the cost of our standard delivery in full; you pay the direct cost of returning the item, and there is no cancellation or restocking fee. You may inspect and try on the jewellery as you would in a shop; we may reduce the refund only for loss in value caused by handling beyond that. Earrings, including jewellery sets that contain earrings, are covered by this 14-day right too. When trying them on, please do not put them through your ear piercing: wearing them goes beyond what is needed to examine them, and the law allows us to reduce the refund by any loss in value this causes. For a statutory cancellation we refund within 14 days of being told, but may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it back.

Non-personalised pieces: days 15 to 60

• After the 14-day cancellation period, you can still return non-personalised jewellery within 60 days of delivery. Please send it back complete and unworn, with all its original packaging; the return postage is paid by you. Once we have checked that it is undamaged, we refund 80% of the item price (shipping charges are not refunded). The 20% covers handling and loss in value.
• Prefer a different size or design? Exchanges within 60 days carry no 20% deduction; you only pay the shipping costs.
• Moss agate and moissanite pieces are one of a kind, so after the 14-day cancellation period they are treated like personalised pieces and are not returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
• For hygiene reasons, because earrings are worn through the ear piercing, earrings, including jewellery sets that contain earrings, are not returned or exchanged from day 15 to day 60. Your 14-day right to cancel and section 1 apply to earrings as normal.
• Choosing a ring size, chain length or metal colour does not make an item personalised.

Personalised pieces

The statutory 14-day right to cancel does not apply to jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you (engraving, photo, names or birthstones). This never affects section 1.

• If production has not started, you can cancel for a full refund.
• If personalisation work has started but the piece has not been dispatched, cancelling for personal reasons costs 50% of the amount paid for that item, excluding shipping. We will explain the work already done before confirming, and the charge will never exceed our reasonable, unrecoverable loss; if that loss is lower, we charge the lower amount.
• Once a personalised piece has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for personal reasons.

3. Situations not covered

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges when:

• The item has been exposed to corrosive substances or harsh chemicals (for example liquid silver polish, chlorine, hot tubs or spas).
• The item has been damaged by misuse, accidental impact, or improper storage or care.
• Silver has oxidised or dulled normally over time (easily removed with the enclosed polishing cloth).

4. How to request a return or exchange

1. Email cs@ifshe.com with your order number. For a quality problem, please include clear photos. We normally reply within one business day.
2. Follow our Customer Care team's instructions and send the item to the return address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service.
3. We process returns within 3 business days of arrival. Refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, they usually arrive within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellations and special cases

• Personalised pieces: made just for you, so they can be returned or refunded only for the reasons in section 1. Cancellations follow the stages in section 2.
• Lost or mis-delivered parcels: if the carrier loses or mis-delivers a parcel sent to the correct address, we send a free replacement by standard delivery.
• Incorrect address entered by the customer: replacement items and any extra postage are your responsibility; please contact us promptly and we will explain any additional cost before you agree to it.
• Replacement orders are always sent by standard delivery.

The terms that applied when you placed your order continue to apply to that order.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights for faulty, misdescribed or insufficiently durable goods, which continue beyond 60 days. If you order from outside Ireland, you keep all mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
